2 year's in with Tri City, extremely friendly staff and immediate communication even after hours which I personally experienced a year ago...with so many companies to choose from, I'll stay with Tri City because seemingly my home is THEIR home! Thanks to all the staff from the office to the technician's who have been to our home!!
